More than just seeds, but rather little treasures, tasty and healthy. Protective smart foods provide the substances that the body needs to function well (proteins, vitamins, fibres, carbohydrates, unsaturated fats and mineral salts). Protective smart foods are pulses, whole cereals, oily seeds, fruits and vegetables.

PULSES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTION IN:

  1. DIETARY FIBRES that slow blood glucose absorption and contribute to high satiating power
  2. MINERALS like Iron
  3. PROTEINE
  4. VITAMINS, especially B vitamins, vitamin K
