4 corn tortillas
500 g hulled chickpeas @colfiorito
1 jar of natural soy yogurt
1 onion
1 tomato
1 teaspoon black sesame
Salt, pepper, oil to taste
1 teaspoon mustard
Lemon juice to taste
Spices to taste
PREPARATION
1. Put a pot with water on the stove and, once at
boiling, pour in the already rinsed chickpeas and cook for 90
minutes.
2. Prepare the soy yogurt sauce and in a bowl mix the
yogurt with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper,
lemon juice and a teaspoon of mustard.
3. Add spices to taste such as paprika and chili pepper and let the
mix the ingredients well.
4. When everything is ready, heat the tortillas in a frying pan
a few minutes on each side and stuff with chopped onion,
tomato and the drained chickpeas. Season with black sesame, a drizzle of
of raw oil, salt and your soy yogurt sauce.
