Yogurt with apple and muesli

A delicious breakfast or snack to start the day with the right energy!

INGREDIENTS

150 g of Greek or plain yogurt

3 tablespoons of muesli with whole grains and red berries (Colfiorito brand)
1 apple, preferably red

Blueberries, as needed

1 teaspoon of honey

A splash of lemon juice

PREPARATION

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and stir it to make it creamier.

Add the 3 tablespoons of muesli.

Wash the apple thoroughly, then cut it into cubes or thin slices. Drizzle a few drops of lemon juice over it to keep it fresh and prevent browning, then add it to the bowl with the yogurt.

Add a touch of color and freshness with a handful of blueberries, and drizzle a little honey on top to sweeten everything.
