250 g of Colfiorito® red lentils
2 carrots
1 shallot
1/2 clove of garlic
70 g of cornmeal
Fresh rosemary to taste
Fresh parsley to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Evo oil to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Rinse well the red lentils under running water. Boil them in plenty of water for 10/15 minutes, add salt only at the end. Then finely chop the carrots and shallots together with 1 clove of garlic. Put the lentils, a little parsley, rosemary, sweet paprika in a blender and blend. Mix with the remaining vegetables and complete with 70 grams of cornmeal. Season with salt and pepper. Shape the cutlets and fry them or bake them in the oven until golden brown. Serve with your favorite sauce!
