CRISPY BEANS

Crispy bean protein snack, perfect for post-workout!

INGREDIENTS

20 g flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Curry to taste
30 g dried rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
100 g @colfiorito beans

PREPARATION

1. First cook the beans following the instructions on the package. Once cooked, let them cool and dry them with a kitchen towel.
2. Place them in a bowl and season with paprika, curry, flour, oil, salt, pepper and mix well.
3. Now line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the beans and cook in a preheated fan oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
4. Your post-workout protein snack is ready. Store it in a tightly closed jar, it will keep for 2-3 days!
