250 g 100% Italian Colfiorito Decorticated Red Lentils
400 ml water
2 tablespoons of vegetable broth
Salt, oil and black pepper
Toppings of your choice. For example: hummus and arugula
Rinse the lentils, pour them into a bowl with about 800 ml water and let them soak for at least a couple of hours.
Blend the lentils, add 400 ml of water, a pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth, and continue blending until smooth.
Pour the batter into an already hot, oiled pan. Spread it evenly with a spoon, and let it cook a few minutes.
Garnish your wraps as desired and serve them on the table. Enjoy!
