300g of chicken
230g of chickpeas
50g of yellow peppers
1 stalk of celery
1 clove of onion

To prepare your fit dish with rice, with chicken, chickpeas and vegetables, first place the rice in a colander and rinse it under cold running water. Then boil it in a pan with boiling salted water for about 10-12 minutes, or in any case for the time indicated on the package. Drain it well and transfer it to a bowl. In the meantime, wash and cut your vegetables into cubes or slices, then the celery stalk and peppers. Place them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, onion and a pinch of salt. Cook them over medium heat for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and transfer them to a plate. At this point, cut the chicken breast as you prefer and brown it for a few minutes on a high flame. Add the chickpeas and cook for about 3-4 minutes. All you have to do is add everything to your rice and season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
