Vegan hot chocolate with cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

320g of vegetable milk

7g of bitter cocoa

10g of potato starch

25g of brown sugar

10g of brown cane sugar

cinnamon sticks of Colfiorito q.b

20g of dark chocolate bar

PREPARATION

To make your vegan hot chocolate with cinnamon, start by chopping up the dark chocolate bar and set it aside, you will use it at the end of the recipe. In a large saucepan put: sifted bitter cocoa and starch, brown sugar, whole wheat sugar and mix the powders with a spoon. In another large saucepan heat the milk a few seconds over low heat, without bringing it to a boil. Turn it off and add cinnamon sticks to the hot milk. Add the freshly heated milk to the saucepan with the previously prepared powders, stirring with a spoon until all lumps are dissolved. Once the milk has been poured in, again with the heat off, stir the mixture vigorously for a second more. At this point put the saucepan on the stove, cook over low heat and bring to a boil. With the heat off, add the previously chopped dark chocolate and continue stirring. Pour into cups, let cool and enjoy.
