Salmon crostini with peas

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of chopped peas, dehulled Coliforito®
  • salt
  • 1 clove of garlic clove
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil, or olive oil
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon not treated
  • 1 stalk of basil
  • 12 slices of white bread
  • 350 g of smoked salmon
