They may contain traces of oats, spelled, wheat, khorasan wheat, barley, soy and lupine.
Our Italian popcorn must always be kept tightly closed in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
For those who want to limit the use of salt, the use of herbs and spices in the preparation can become a valid substitute. Add turmeric, paprika, or other spices to taste to broaden the flavors and taste.
Put a drizzle of oil to grease the bottom of a not too high pan, heat and add a handful of corn. Cover with a lid and cook over high heat: after 1 minute the beans will start to burst. Season with a little salt or try them with a sprinkling of paprika, then serve.
To avoid burns, shake the pan during te preparation so the grains will roll on the bottom.
