Red azuki beans are small tasty and delicate beans mainly present in oriental recipes and dishes. Thanks to their unique taste they are ideal to replace traditional beans in salads, flans and soups and become a main ingredient in many desserts and sweet recipes.

Rinse them thoroughly and soak them for about 6 hours. Drain the water and cook in boiling water for about 30/40 minutes. Remember though that these are natural products: rinse them well before using them and do a visual check.
