Con l’obiettivo di ridurre gli sprechi di prodotto (legumi e cereali) , aumentare la shelf life degli stessi in dispensa, aumentarne la freschezza ed anche amp0liare notevolmente la capacità produttiva, l’azienda ha effettuato un investimento innovativo per implementare una nuova linea di packaging in buste Doypack, provviste di zip richiudibile, con l’obiettivo di limitare al massimo la fuoriuscita di prodotto e mantenere inalterata la fragranza.
Il doypack è un tipo di packaging che ha acquisito via via più successo sul mercato, avvicinando sempre più consumatori.
I vantaggi principali di marketing riguardano anche la sua struttura che gli permette di stare facilmente in piedi sugli scaffali, grazie alla base a ”soffietto” così da esaltarne la visibilità sullo scaffale inoltre potendo comunicare su tutta la superficie.
Si tratta di un di un sistema di confezionamento che coniuga la visibilità del prodotto con la sostenibilità ambientale, poiché viene ridotto l’utilizzo della plastica, rispetto al tradizionale contenitore rigido, di circa il 75%. Il risparmio, in termini di ingombro, viene riversato anche sui i costi logistici sia del trasporto che del magazzino. Per governare al meglio il processo e garantire un’attenta selezione dei prodotti, eliminando i falsi scarti ed assicurando, a monte e a valle del processo di confezionamento la rivelazione di contaminanti densi, la linea viene integrata da una selezionatrice ponderale e da un sistema a raggi X, che ottimizzano le procedure di verifica e garantiscono la qualità del prodotto ed una perfetta salubrità dello stesso verso il consumatore finale.

It is a packaging system that combines product visibility with environmental sustainability, as the use of plastic is reduced by about 75% compared to the traditional rigid container. The savings, in terms of space, are also passed on to the logistical costs of both transport and warehouse. To better manage the process and ensure careful selection of products, eliminating false rejects and ensuring, upstream and downstream of the packaging process, the detection of dense contaminants, the line is integrated by a checkweigher and a ray system.
