Lightweight and versatile, cous cous is derived from durum wheat semolina and is loved for its texture and lightness, as well as its ability to absorb the flavors of the ingredients with which it is combined. To be added as a base to our beloved legumes, with meat or fish, it is perfect for always creating different dishes in just a few minutes!

BONTÀ E BENESSERE

Cous cous is a source of fiber and protein. Light and very quick to prepare, you can consume it either in summer as a fresh salad or warming it up as a winter main course! 

CUCINA DETTO FATTO

Place the cous cous in a bowl and cover with boiling water equal to its volume, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Afterwards, add a little oil or a knob of butter, adjust the salt, stir and shell with a fork.
