Keep it tightly closed in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
Cous cous is a source of fiber and protein. Light and very quick to prepare, you can consume it either in summer as a fresh salad or warming it up as a winter main course!
Place the cous cous in a bowl and cover with boiling water equal to its volume, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Afterwards, add a little oil or a knob of butter, adjust the salt, stir and shell with a fork.
